# LegalRapide for international founders: who we can serve

LegalRapide prepares your French company documents, checks your file and files it with the guichet unique. Today we accept founders who are **EU, EEA or Swiss nationals**, resident in France or abroad. Founders from other countries are reviewed case by case, because opening the bank account and the domiciliation depend on our partners' own checks.

## What we do
- Articles of association generated from your answers.
- Full document check before filing.
- Filing within 24 business hours of a complete file (Rapide plan, €149 excl. VAT), or the fee is refunded.
- Follow-up of any correction request from the registry.

## What we don't do
- Legal, tax or immigration advice: we refer you to independent partner lawyers.
- Guarantee the registry's processing time.
