# LegalRapide editorial methodology

The LegalRapide guides are written by Razvan Toma, president of EPRFRANCEREP SAS, which operates LegalRapide, based on official sources: service-public.gouv.fr, Légifrance, INPI, Insee, URSSAF. Every figure is dated; a public file, [facts.json](/facts.json), contains all the values used on the site, and the official fee schedules are published as [open data](/en/data/) (CSV, JSON).

## Our rules
- **Official sources first**, linked at the bottom of every page.
- **A genuine update date**: it changes when the content is re-checked, not with every publication.
- **Annual review** of fee schedules on 1 January and 1 March (legal notices, greffe fees).
- **No legal advice**: our guides provide general information. Specific situations are a matter for a lawyer; LegalRapide refers you to independent partner lawyers.
- **Comparisons**: prices published by each service, dated and linked; LegalRapide is identified as our service.
