Before registration, you pay for the legal notice (€142 excl. VAT for a SASU at current rates) to the newspaper, then, when filing the application, the greffe (commercial court registry) fees (€33.83) and the beneficial ownership declaration (€19.33). The capital is deposited before registration, but it remains the company's property.

## In order
| When | Payment | To whom |
|---|---|---|
| Opening the account | Any bank deposit fees | The bank |
| After signing the articles of association | Legal notice | The authorised newspaper |
| When filing the application | Greffe + beneficial ownership | The guichet unique |
| Optional | Online service fee, registered office address | The provider |

The formation costs are taken over by the company: they are deductible expenses in its first financial year.
