# What can delay a company registration?

A registration is mostly delayed by an incomplete or inconsistent application: an illegible or expired ID document, a different address or capital amount across the articles, the notice and the form, or missing proof of registered office. The guichet unique (the single online filing portal) then lists the missing items, which must be sent within 15 working days.
