Recipients

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, which receives your payment and billing details; LegalRapide does not store any card numbers. To suggest towns when you enter the location of the head office, the text typed in that field is sent to the French government's Découpage administratif API (geo.api.gouv.fr); no other data is sent to it. Strictly necessary data is sent to the INPI guichet unique, the greffe, INSEE and the authorities receiving the formality, the legal notice publication, and, with your consent, our partners (bank for the capital deposit, domiciliation provider, accountant, lawyer). Emails about your client area and your file are sent through the provider Resend. The description entered in the name finder is sent to OpenRouter, Inc., which passes it to a language model to generate name suggestions; the names are then checked with the AFNIC (.fr) and Verisign (.com) registries. LegalRapide does not keep this description. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.; transfers outside the European Union are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT…)

If you prepare your file from an AI assistant connected to LegalRapide, the answers you give it (form, name, business activity, head office, capital, plan, name, email and phone, and, if you choose to share them, each shareholder's civil status, address and contribution, the corporate purpose and the director's parentage) are processed by the publisher of that assistant under its own policy, then sent to LegalRapide. We keep them for 7 days as a draft; no account is created and no email is sent until you have opened the link, accepted the Terms of Sale and chosen your password. Never give an assistant an ID document, a signature or a payment method: these are uploaded only in your client area.

Retention period

Call-back requests: 3 years from the last contact. Formation files: the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the statutory limitation period (5 years); accounting records: 10 years. Supporting documents sent via the client area (including the ID document) are kept for the duration of the file and then 5 years; you can request their earlier deletion where no legal obligation prevents it. Files are stored with Cloudflare and accessible only to you and the LegalRapide team.

Cookies

The site sets only strictly necessary cookies: storing your cookie choice (6 months) and, if you log in, the session cookie for your client area (30 days). No advertising or audience measurement cookies are set; if we add any, they will be set only with your consent, which you can change at any time via Manage cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.
