TL;DR

To register a SASU, you need seven documents: the signed articles of association, the certificate from the depositary of funds together with the list of subscribers, the certificate of publication of the legal notice, proof of the registered office, the president's identity document and their sworn statement of no criminal record. If the president is not appointed in the articles of association, add the deed appointing them. The guichet unique (single online formalities portal) only accepts PDFs of up to 10 MB per file. Have everything checked before filing

Most requests for corrections come from inconsistencies between documents. With the Rapide plan, a formalities specialist checks them all before filing.
