What to compare
- The total paid: service fee + legal fees + options + subscription over 12 months.
- What the turnaround measures: internal processing, filing with the guichet unique (one-stop online portal), or the Kbis? Only the greffe issues the Kbis.
- Who checks the file and what the rejection guarantee covers.
- The commitment: an accounting or banking subscription can make formation "free" but cost more over the year.
When another choice is better
- You want a chartered accountant from day one: offers tied to an accounting subscription (Dougs, Sérénité) make sense.
- You want an all-inclusive price, legal fees included, with a registered address: Kandbaz shows a single price.
