The LegalRapide guides are written by Razvan Toma, president of EPRFRANCEREP SAS, which operates LegalRapide, based on official sources: service-public.gouv.fr, Légifrance, INPI, Insee, URSSAF. Every figure is dated; a public file, facts.json, contains all the values used on the site, and the official fee schedules are published as open data (CSV, JSON).
