TL;DR

This calculator adds up the current legal fees (greffe, beneficial ownership declaration, legal notice flat rate) and the LegalRapide plan you choose. Example: a SASU in mainland France with the Essentiel plan (€0 excl. VAT) costs €223.56 incl. VAT, i.e. the legal fees alone; €402.36 incl. VAT with the Rapide plan (filing within 24 business hours). Service-public

Method

The calculation adds up: registration fees (€33.83 for a commercial company, €60.38 for a non-commercial company), the beneficial ownership declaration (€19.33), the 2026 flat rate for the formation legal notice set by ministerial order according to legal form and département, and the LegalRapide service fee. VAT applies to the notice and the service fee at the rate of the registered office's location: 20% in mainland France and Corsica, 8.5% in Guadeloupe, Martinique and La Réunion; it does not apply in French Guiana or Mayotte. The legal notice flat rate is higher in La Réunion and Mayotte. All values are published in facts.json. Service-public

Exclusions

The capital is not included: it stays with the company. Registered address services and bank charges for the capital deposit depend on the provider you choose. Craft activities or commercial agents: an additional registration fee applies (see the source).
