TL;DR

The 24-business-hour deadline of the Rapide plan starts when your complete application is received: signed articles of association, certificate of deposit of funds, certificate of publication of the legal notice, proof of registered office, ID document and signed declaration of no criminal convictions. Your client area shows the time your complete application was received and the filing deadline, and you also receive them by email. The deadline is counted in consecutive hours; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

Example

Complete application receivedFiled no later than
Tuesday 4 pmWednesday 4 pm
Friday 4 pmMonday 4 pm (Saturday and Sunday not counted)
Saturday 11 amTuesday midnight (the deadline starts Monday at midnight)

Filing on the guichet unique (one-stop online portal) is a separate step from registration: the time the greffe (commercial court registry) takes to approve it does not depend on LegalRapide. Service-public

If the deadline is missed

The €149 excl. VAT service fee is refunded within 14 days on simple request to hello@legalrapide.fr. With the Sérénité plan, where the Rapide service is included free, a €149 excl. VAT credit is deducted from the subscription. The full terms are set out in article 5 of the terms and conditions.
